B&B Termini Terrace, on the first floor of a 20th Century building owned by Beni Stabili, has three exclusively double rooms, which offer our guests a customized service. Each room has been designed to suit your needs: The Trendiest room >> Standard Double Room The Most Romantic room >> Deluxe Double Room The Most Comfortable room >> Large Double Room All the rooms are decorated in a minimalist and industrial style, they have parquet floors whereas the private bathrooms have ceramic tile flooring, there are different decò style decorations, soundproofing and exclusive services. Termini Terrace is named after the breathtaking 40 square metre terrace at our guests' complete disposal. How many places in Rome, adjacent to Termini station, have a 40 metre terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or read a book and, why not, smoke a cigarette in peace? Our terrace is equipped with couches, armchairs and tables. It is open in every season, from the afternoon until late in the evening and it's the ideal place to relax after a day of work or excursions in the city. Breakfast is included in the price and served by us in the breakfast room from 8am to 10am. We offer you a rich continental breakfast with quality products tipical of italian cuisine.

The room is part of a B&B with 3 private bedrooms located in the heart of Monti district, 3 minutes away from the Quirinale, 12 minutes away from Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes away from the Spanish Steps and Colosseum. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, all bedrooms have been provided with a mini-fridge, 43" Led Smart TV and AC. Each guest is given a 3 towels set and 2 pillows. A baby cot can be added (complete of linen) for an additional 15€ per night. The central location allows you to get to the most important sights just by taking a short walk, while being located in a low traffic street helps keeping the outside noises down.

Monuments accessibles 15 min à pieds, boutiques, restaurants. Metro A 300 m, bus, taxi 100m.

La suite è dotata di WiFi, TV, aria condizionata, angolo cottura e WC con doccia. In ogni camera troverete un vassoio con dosi sigillate di marmellate, Nutella, biscotti, fette biscottate, cialde per caffè e bevande calde da consumare in autonomia con la macchina "Nescafè", bollitore per tè e piastra per toast. Per la vostra completa autonomia durante il soggiorno, la chiave della stanza è nel box chiavi accanto alla porta.

Each our room has a comfortable private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a safe box.
