En sus más de 200 metros cuadrados de superficie útil, cuenta con dos zonas comunes totalmente diferenciadas ( con cocina, comedor, salón cada una) Además, puede disfrutarse en verano y en invierno, ya que la costa de Almería tiene una temperatura media anual de 24 grados y 320 días de sol al año.

It has a private pool with underwater lights, a rooftop solarium with a sea/mountain view for sunbathing, jacuzzi/bathtub, a fibre optic Wi -Fi , a large first floor terrace overlooking the pool and lots of space for a relaxing and peaceful family holiday.

STUNNING SEA VIEWS, CLOSE TO BEACH, HEATED POOL

A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Enjoy breakfast outside whilst watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning - or sit relaxing with a glass of wine watching the moon sparkle over the ocean in the evening. There is a private heated pool which is gated and so safe for young children, sunbeds, bbq and outdoor tennis table.

A modern house located within extensive grounds of hosts property, which has 2 private terraces with mountain views, pool, sunbathing area with luxury furniture, outdoor kitchen, fully stocked honesty bar, pool table, darts board and gardens for your enjoyment. Within walking distance there are 3 bars/restaurants. The traditional town of Antas with shops/bars/restaurants is 3 minutes by car. It is 15 minutes drive to numerous beaches, golf courses, waterparks and other attractions.

Villa Carmen situada en Níjar, uno de los pueblos más bonitos de España trata de una casa a estrenar con vistas a la montaña. Cuenta con dos dormitorios, un baño, cocina y zona de estar. Se encuentra a 30 km de las famosas playas de los Muertos, Aguamarga, Las Negras y otras más. Villa Carmen está a 35 km de la ciudad. El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Almería, ubicado a 29 km.
