Casa Georgii: tranquilla e con vista mozzafiato

Casa Georgii è una casa-vacanze indipendente. Situata su una collina, la terrazza di oltre 200 metri quadrati offre una vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Portoferraio e sul mare con le colline e i boschetti nell‘entroterra. Lontana dalle strutture turistiche, Casa Georgii si trova in una posizione centrale. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro e Capoliveri sono solo ad un quarto d‘ora di distanza. Incantevoli spiagge si trovano nelle vicinanze e possono essere raggiunte rapidamente e facilmente in auto.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Marcello’s Cove House

Traditional Tuscan cottage on one acre of private land with easy access to the beach of Lacona. The peaceful setting is slightly elevated from sea level and benefits from shade and the island breeze. The home boasts a beautiful outdoor veranda for relaxation and entertainment, complete with hammocks, a firepit area, and a BBQ grill. The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Casa Anto Isola d'Elba -Spiaggia

Casa Anto, Ristrutturata completamente nel 2025, è composta da un soggiorno con cucina completa con divano letto, da due camere con letti matrimoniali e da due bagni, di cui uno riservato ad una camera. Si accede alla casa da una scale esterna. La pergola esterna è arredata con tavolo e sedie/sdraio La spiaggia, distante circa 250 metri, è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa dispone di un giardino, con prato, riservato di 200mq ca.

Villetta del Monte

Una casa inserita nel fresco parco protetto direttamente sul percorso GTE (grande traversata elbana)e tra olivi secolari che si affaccia sul monte della croce di porto azzurro. Una casa in piena campagna adatta a persone che hanno voglia di staccare dal caos e dalla routine quotidiana, è immersa nel tranquillo verde ma a 10 minuti dal centro del paese, per arrivare alla villetta bisogna percorrere circa 1,5 km di strada bianca praticabile.

Casa Le Dune di Lacona

Rilassatevi con tutta la famiglia nella nostra casa immersa nel verde a due passi dalla spiaggia. L'ampio giardino, il parcheggio privato e la breve distanza dalla spiaggia di sabbia ti permetteranno di passare una vacanza in completo relax. Se volete scoprire questa meravigliosa isola, la posizione centrale di Lacona è perfetta per raggiungere le tante e diverse spiagge o per visitare i sette comuni dell'Elba.

Experience a holiday surrounded by the scents of nature, in this unique and relaxing space. Wide panoramic view of the coast and the islands of Giglio, Montecristo and Elba. You can enjoy a multitude of paths for walking, trekking and mountain biking. To reach the farmhouse from the Archaeo-mining park of San Silvestro, it is necessary to travel 1300 meters of white road, uphill with an uneven road surface.

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Two opposite wings form the sleeping area and therefore privacy for the different parts. The beautiful garden offers amazing sea views.

La villa è ubicata poche decine di metri sopra la riva del mare, interamente ristrutturata nel 2019-20 ed arredata e corredata con grande raffinatezza e funzionalità; è situata nella baia di Pareti, sul versante occidentale di Capoliveri, uno dei più tipici e affascinanti borghi dell’Elba, che alla sera pullula di negozi e locali aperti sino a tardi, e che dista poco più di 2 km.
