Easy-Breezy Cabin is a newly remodeled retreat designed for relaxation and fishing. The multi-level cabin features two bright comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining area, a TV room, and a breakfast nook that has a view of the Arroyo. The cabin has an outdoor space where guests can unwind. A spacious pier extends over the water with a clean-up area and sink for cleaning fish, covered seating, and two floodlights making it an excellent spot for night fishing.

River Fishing Retreat or Events For Large Groups

Enjoy this ideal getaway for your family reunion, company retreat, or friends. Perfect fishing dock with green light. Clubhouse has plenty of seating and pool table to enjoy. The grounds are spacious with a XL charcoal grill. There are 4 full apts with full kitchens/living rooms. Kayak and 2 paddleboards for use. Bring your own boat and tie it in the extra dock slip. Owners will sometimes be in main house and dock. Ask about events or additional rentals for pricing and information.
