Una maravilla! La casita está en un pueblito apartado, ideal para desconectar del ruido de la ciudad y tiene de todo para funcionar. La estufa de pellets es un puntazo. En el mismo pueblo hay una ruta para hacer senderismo que nosotros hicimos con nuestros perros y genial. Sergio ha sido muy comunicativo en todo momento. Volveremos sin dudas!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wunderschön und es gibt eine spektakuläre Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit Pablo war super und sehr angenehm. Wir können absolut empfehlen dort Urlaub zu verbringen und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder.

Ein grosses, sehr schönes Haus, ideal für Familien! Ausgestattet mit einem sauberen Pool, einem Trampolin, Pingpong-Tisch, kleinem Fussballfeld,… Man hat alles, was man braucht! Torques und seine Familie sind super lieb und sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Er gab uns viele Ratschläge. Bequeme und saubere Betten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ca. 25 Minuten von Valencia City entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig, z. B. zum einkaufen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Un lloc tranquil on desconectar a la naturalesa. El loft estava molt net i ordenat i compta de bons equipaments. L'Ester és molt amable i atenta.

La ubicación de la casa es fantástica si te gusta la naturaleza. La casa es súper acogedora, muy tranquila y bonita. Ana ha estado muy atenta y es súper amable a cualquier sugerencia que le hemos hecho. Responde de forma inmediata a los mensajes. Recomendaría la casa 100 por 100.

We spent 4 marvellous days in Casa del Norte, in Tragacete. The house is amazing, so cozy, and with everything you could need for your stay. Elena help us a lot to find very nice trekking trails near starting in the same village, and others far away. We loved to explore the area and return at night to out house with the wood stove (plenty of wood for us). Elena took care of everything, and made us feel like at home. I think they are a 5 stars hosts.

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. It’s located in a lovely place of the old town.

Alojamiento muy acogedor, muy buena ubicación , estancia muy cómoda

Solo pasamos una noche y estuvimos muy agusto, la casa super limpia y calentita con la chimenea, seguro que volveremos en muchos más momentos porque nos encanta aquella zona, además que para mi es muy importante Acepta perritos ya que el nuestro siempre viene con nosotros. Los alrededores son preciosos y hay bastantes cosas que ver aunque sea en pueblos cercanos. Noelia muy amable y estoy segura que nos volveremos a ver! Gracias!

Het is een erg mooi appartement. De ruimtes zijn groot en netjes. Het bevindt zich midden in een levendige straat. Dit is erg gezellig , je kan erg makkelijk de stad verkennen. Winkels en restaurants zijn erg dichtbij. Op loopafstand van metro. In de avond en nacht wel veel geluiden van de straat. Dit kan lang doorgaan en in de ochtend ook vroeg weer beginnen. Goed ontvangen en zeer snel in reacties. We raden het zeker aan.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, Inma muy amable, en todo momento resolvia cualquier duda, teniamos preparado un desayuno rapido al llegar al apartamento, un monton de juegos para cualquier edad, muchos detalles para diversas necesidades ( mini cuna, trona, trineo, palas para la nieve etc…) no faltaba nada! Es el apartamento mas proximo a las pistas, a 10 min. Muchas gracias por todo! Hasta la proxima!

Un lugar muy tranquilo, fácil acceso en el centro de la ciudad. Nos hemos sentido a gusto, la comunicación con Francisco muy buena y rápida.

Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

La estancia en el apartamento ha sido genial, las condiciones del apartame to y su limpieza muy buenas, el sr.fernando anfitrion de la casa cuida todo con mucho detalle para que cuando lleges te sientas como en casa.

This was a great place to stay. The 1930s building had character. It was quiet, safe and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet though the living area has period windows so could get a little noisy at rush hour or when bins are emptied but it's not a problem. The neighbourhood is mostly appartments of around five stories high but there are many small shops, bars and restaurants . The area had a village vibe in my opinion, very friendly. Local people were very understanding when it came to our very poor attempts at speaking Spanish. Most establishments had a staff member who could help in English. Only a couple of times did we have to resort to Google Translate and even then we turned it into a comical, fun exchange. It was good to be about 1km away from the old town as we got more of a genuine Spanish experience rather than the typical tourist stuff you get in the old town. We visisted the old town several times and it took around twenty five minutes walking. We will return

Excellent hosts. Allowed us to drop off our luggage early which was super helpful and not always an option with other hosts. Recommended a great restaurant and area to check out during the day. The actual apartment itself is in great location and has an awesome rooftop to spend time on. Highly recommend!

Wir waren zu sechst über ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und das Haus war perfekt für unsere Zwecke. Sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, unkomplizierter Vermieter und gute Anbindung an die Bahn, um in die Stadt zu fahren (ca 30 min). Alles in allem absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

pros: 5/5 villa. it is even better than the photos. spacey, lovely outdoor area, big bedrooms. Safe neighborhood, the host was amazing and available 24/7! cons: Cold water, in the showers and the pool. This does not affect my opinion, still a 5 out of 5 experience. I totally recommend Kokoro Living as a host and this villa for your stay!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely few days staying in Oskar’s beautiful house. Valencia is only a 20 minute taxi/drive away, and the villa was a great place to come together with eight friends for a long weekend.

Wir haben die Woche in dem tollen Haus und wunderschönen Garten von Susan sehr genossen. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und großzügig, wir waren mit zwei Familien da und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Kinder haben viele Tiere im Garten entdeckt und gerne mit dem Hund gespielt. Die Pool und die Terrasse sind riesig und man kann abends den Fröschen lauschen. Susan ist sehr freundlich und cool. Man ist schnell in den Bergen und schnell in Valencia. Wir würden die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sieht viel größer aus, als auf den Bildern. Zimmer und Bäder waren alle sehr sauber und Garten, Pool und Lounge sehr gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und sogar eine Sonos-Box, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Das Haus ist außerdem gut ausgestattet, mit vielem verschiedenen Geschirr, Gewürzen und sonstigem. Leider war seit Beginn des Urlaubs im Annex die Klimaanlage kaputt und konnte erst am vorletzten Tag ausgetauscht werden. Die Hosts waren jedoch sehr bemüht, dass es so schnell wie möglich funktioniert. Außerdem hätten wir uns gerne gewünscht, dass der Pool öfter gereinigt werden würde, denn bei einer Nutzung von 9 Personen, ist dieser leider schnell schmutzig geworden. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Eliana ist ein kleines schönes Dorf, aber es empfiehlt sich, die gesamte Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Bahnstation direkt um die Ecke macht dies gut möglich. Die Hosts haben immer sehr schnell umfangreich, und nett geantwortet!
