The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Located in SW Colorado, Ridgway is the "Gateway to the San Juans".We sit at an elevation of 6985... Near Ouray (20 min), Telluride (45 min), Silverton (1 hr) and Durango (2 hr).We have a studio apartment above the garage.This is separate from the house. Main living space with full kitchen (cooking utensils, spices, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,cream), dining table, sitting area, queen bed, twin bed (+twin air mattress). This BRAND NEW, modern yet cozy top floor apartment in the heart of Ridgway's Historic District occupies the second floor of a two story building. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children- bathroom includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a brand new King Size Remote Controlled Adjustable Bed. The second bedroom contains a trundle bed in which the two beds can be separated or pushed together for one big bed. Please see photos of second bedoom.

The Yellow Cottage Farm and Guesthouse

This Cottage is truly a place to get away for a romantic weekend! Your year round destination, all seasons have something special to offer. Hiking, biking, and water sports in the spring, summer and fall. National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is 6 miles away. For the winter traveler we have three ski resorts an hour away in each direction. And as always, sightseeing in the fresh mountain air can’t be beat! Our bedding is top notch as well as our towels!

Welcome to Beautiful Southwest Colorado. Come and relax on our small farm just 5 minutes south of Montrose. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
