The apartment in the lower level of the home has recently been renovated, with a walk-out private entrance, a full kitchen & dining area, full bath, bedroom and a cozy living space. Situated just 35 minutes from downtown St Louis, in the safe and affluent community of Edwardsville, this property sits in a quiet cul de sac on a wooded lot right in the heart of the city. We are just a few minutes from the SIUE campus, Edwardsville HS, & I-270. Coffee/restaurants/shops/parks/trails just 2 min away.

Tiny Home of Whittington

This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

Roaring 20s Bungalow

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Built in 1921 this Bungalow features large rooms to gather. Bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets and new queen size Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. The kitchen has all the amenities of home. Linens and towels are provided. Bathroom has tub/shower combo. Enjoy reading a book in one of 3 window seat nooks or coffee on the screened in front porch. Yard is fenced and pets are negotiable. Come and relax.

Turtle Cove

Located on beautiful Lake Centralia, Turtle Cove offers a relaxing lakefront experience, perfect for a couple's getaway or hosting families. If you need a quiet stay nestled in nature or fun on the water, you can’t go wrong with Turtle Cove! *Over 2 guests, we require an additional $12/person per night. **Dogs -flat $50 fee. We kindly ask for pets to stay off furniture / beds & dispose of dog waste from yard. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fee. ***No parties allowed.

LilyPad-pondside cabin, kayaks, trail, country

Great for a couple, an outdoorsman, or travelers! This cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I57 access, and public hunting land and within 1 hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Includes use of kayaks, fishing poles for the catch & release pond, and a walking trail. Bow target use available upon request. Gas grill, firepit and firewood. PLEASE NOTE: its a 12x20 studio cabin with 1 full bed and 1 twin sized foam couch sleeper. We don't allow pets.

Barefoot Beach House

This lakefront home is centrally located in Southern Illinois on Lake Centralia. This home has approx. 2300sqft with 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, great room w/ tongue & groove cathedral ceilings providing beautiful lake views. The spacious kitchen has a large island w/ solid surface countertops & bar area. Tucked away in cove is the private beach area with dock perfect for fishing or rafting. You will love the relaxing feel of lake living! We have internet TV options but no DISH or Direct TV.

Modern Loft in Historic Downtown

Lincoln’s Loft is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit to downtown Vandalia. This loft offers a bedroom, full kitchen and bath, dining room, living room with a pull out sofa, and large smart TV. This loft also offers beautiful views of the oldest State Capitol in IL and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and local shops. It is located on the 3rd level and will require you to climb 2 flight of stairs. For events please contact the host!

The Historic Garfield Inn

Welcome to the Garfield Inn. A cozy cottage off a brick-lined street in an historic Belleville neighborhood. Coffee, tea, hot cider and chocolate are provided. We are in walking distance to downtown Belleville, and free parking is available. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a barbeque grill, covered back patio, gazebo and lovely gardens. It is common to see deer, geese, ducks, turtles, and blue heron. As night falls, cozy up around the fire pit to make more family memories.

Carlyle Lakehouse on 27+ Acres - Family Friendly!

Welcome to Burnside Bay House, a 4300+ sq. ft home with a huge deck, patio, 2 kitchens, and 27 acres to explore! It's only an hour and 15 minutes from STL! You can walk down to the water or take a short ride to the boat ramp. Bring your boat, jet skis, and water toys. There's plenty of parking on site! Newly remodeled and decorated with carefully selected furnishings & decor. Come relax and enjoy the lake & the views!

Summersville Cottage

Located just on the outskirts of town, this roomy house will be perfect for a stay for a large family group, or book it for a few weeks while you work in Mt Vernon! Just freshly painted and updated and filled with comfy furniture to give you a great "home-away-from-home". The back deck is spacious enough for dining and grilling. Westerfield Cottage is a cozy retreat just 20 miles from St. Louis and 7 miles from Scott AFB. This log cabin, in studio apartment style, has a small private bathroom, television & Roku, microwave, mini-fridge, and top notch amenities with multiple outdoor seating options. This unique and comfortable accommodation sleeps four in the king size bed and pull out sofa bed, all in one room.
