The Starlite at Ruakh is a private luxury geodesic dome tucked along the edge of the woods on our 87-acre farm in Tazewell County, Virginia. Dad's Place is located 1/2 mile from Clinch Valley Medical Center and right on the Spearhead Jawbone Trailhead, hit the trails when you leave the driveway for hours of riding fun, 1/2 mile to restaurants, shopping and more, 10 minute drive to Broadway Cinema and Walmart. Easily accessible from 4 lane highway. Dad's place sleeps 4 with 1 full size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa, 40 in smart TV in main living area.

Whether visiting the beautiful mountains to bike or hike the Creeper Trail, sightseeing in the historical Abingdon or Bristol area, attending a game at E&H or just passing through to another destination, our goal is to provide a warm and welcoming home for your getaway. Resting on an acre of land and right off I 81 enjoy your stay in our cozy, country cottage.
