If steps are an issue you can get an electric gate key in exchange for a $100 fully refundable deposit. No smoking!

You’ll love my place because of the ambience, the location, and the outdoors space. All species of birds visit and you can see kangaroos on any day. My place is good for couples or a family of four. This is a very quiet street, great for writing, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
