This unique and cozy space is ideal for couples or possibly small families if you don’t mind being close. Equipped with a mini fridge, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave and kuerig. On site full camp bathhouse!

Finch House & Garden, Richford, Finger Lakes

Beautiful spacious home from the 1860s and perennial garden. Plenty of amenities, and a creek, field, and forest. Close to Ithaca, Cortland, Owego, and Greek Peak. Our back yard connects with over 100 acres of woods with wildlife, views, hiking trails and adjacent Finger Lakes Land Trust preserve. You’ll love the charming rooms, high ceilings, beautiful yard and outdoor spaces. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and groups. We recently added a piano and fenced dog yard.

Just 4 miles from Cornell and 5 miles from downtown Ithaca and Ithaca College, this popular stay is perfect for parents visiting students, couples celebrating a special occasion, friends needing an escape, or anyone craving a romantic or adventurous getaway. Enjoy our secluded cabin, pond, and picnic area with many acres to roam. Rest comes easy with the privacy and peaceful woodlands that is the setting of our family's newly refurbished vacation space. Up to two Cots available upon request (must bring your own bedding.) Comfortable space for up to 4 guests. Our cozy cabin is the perfect chance to unplug from the busyness of life, equipped with WiFi but very sparse cell reception. WiFi calling feature can be used for important connections.

Walking distance to grocery stores, laundromat, coffee shop, restaurants, a fitness center, bus route, and city owned rental bikes all located within just a few minutes.

Relax with your family in this cozy sweet home. Enjoy the country view from the charming front porch. There is an outdoor gas grill, gas fire pit, table w/chairs for your enjoyment. Inside there is a small open dining/living space with a pullout loveseat will accommodate 2 small children or 1 adult. There's fully stocked galley kitchen, a spacious bathroom, with tub shower, washer and dryer. In the bedroom, a full size adjustable bed, dresser, closet and high-lift electric recliner.

Private Scenic Retreat

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Ithaca Falls Quaint Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed for 2, a living room with a sofa (where a child or small person can sleep), a dining table with 3 chairs, a private bathroom, and a small kitchen. It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Guests enjoy a private entrance to the newly remodeled apartment, which is ready for you to relax and enjoy. Spacious apartment in the heart of the FingerLakes

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.

Farmstay Scottland Yard- Queen's Quarter's

Scottland Yard Farm proudly offers 'The Queen's Quarter's'. This (dog friendly) sweet little attached home will easily accommodate 5 people. It has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a loft with a full size bed and twin floor mattress. There is a lovely full size marble bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The open living room kitchen area has a cozy propane operated fireplace.
