Cozy 2-bedroom cottage close to trails & beaches

Cute and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Saint Helen. Sit on the front deck and watch the cars go by as your pet runs free in the fully fenced yard. Bring your ATV or ORV and jump on the trails across the street and head to the sand dunes. Enjoy a day at the beach with access to 2 private beaches. Or relax by the bonfire in the backyard. Either way you are destined to have a good time here in Saint Helen with great food at local restaurants and wildlife all around. @ a_moment_in_time_vacasa1

This cottage is nestled on a fully wooded, half acre lot making it a perfect place for summer night bbq's and bonfires. House offers plenty of parking for your boat/trailer/toys and is 5 mins from South State Park, Marl Lake, Dollar General (for any last minute shopping needs) and the famous Nibbles Ice Cream. Property is within walking distance to Redwood Golf Course and Markey Township Park. Newly remodeled with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a large screen flat TV for movie night.

Your outdoor activity dream home.

Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

Our place is close to lakes, boat launches, canoeing, swimming, fishing, boating, tubing, hunting, hiking trails, golf, zip line, go carts, batting cage, arcade, putt-putt golf, area ATV & ORV trails, bowling alley, nice restaurants/bar in town, skiing, snowboarding, and family-friendly activities. Casinos close by! You’ll love our place because of its country setting with many activities close by! Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish space. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit (with plenty of wood) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

Saint Helen Lake and Trails

We have a 2 bedroom house with plenty of extra sleeping in the common areas 2 Futons that make out into a bed and a sofa sleeper we also have plenty of room for parking all your boat trailers or ORV trailers parking in front and back of house are kitchen is fully stocked and we have a BBQ gas grill to use are garage is set up for a game room we’re you can play cards or we have lots of board games poker chips and other card game ! We have recently added a pool table!

Well established , spacious and clean Higgins Lake home . Best of both worlds. Close to lake and trails. Peaceful wooded neighborhood . Woods and wildlife views from this spacious home. Watch deer and fox while sipping your coffee on the deck. Less than 3/4 mile walk or drive to shared road end dock where you can swim and kayak. Freshly updated . Close to boat launches. Located between two state parks each ten minutes away. Bring the toys! Tons of parking!

Moms guest house. High speed internet. Excellent Verizon service. Cable Television. King sized bed No In person contact to check in needed. Quaint one bedroom home nestled in the woods. Perfect for one or two. Fenced in yard. Wooded trail. 15 min drive to Village of West Branch or Village of Gladwin. 18 miles to The Dream and Nightmare golf courses. 6 miles to Sugar Springs golf course. Nearby state land for hunting. Gladwin RV trails 16 minutes away.
