Faial Cottage

Faial Cottage is your typical cozy Azorean local home, for long-term stay if you like, with a fully equipped kitchen and a private patio area with ocean views. Acerca de 4 km para Norte, a partir da cidade da Horta, fica a Praia do Almoxarife. No espaço " a moagem" há vida em cada recanto, no jardim existe uma cisterna d' água e uma eira. Apresenta uma arquitetura de traça tradicional, que remonta ao início do século passado. N' a moagem pratica-se uma filosofia com base no tradicional e sustentável. É constituído por: apartamento, jardim, atelier de artesanato, quinta com animais, hortícolas, frutícolas e sementes de variedades tradicionais.

Charming Beach House along the Ocean

This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.

Solar-powered wine house located in the Landscape of Pico Island Vineyard Culture - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just a couple of minutes driving from Madalena village, this traditional and remodeled wine house has its own vineyard on the backyard. A cozy space for two with a bedroom, kitchenette open to living room and a bathroom. The wine house is overlooking the ocean, Faial island and Pico mountain.
