Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. The newly refurbished accommodation includes : living area, kitchen/ diner and ensuite double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Living includes a new compact and bijou fully fitted kitchen, dining area with wood burner, luxurious sofa and Smart HD TV/ Sonos sound bar as well as complimentary WiFi.

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

The Annexe is a spacious single storey one bedroom cottage, located adjacent to the owners property and accessed from the shared driveway. With an open plan kitchen/ living room with sofa bed and spacious light bedroom with king size bed and views into the garden, the cottage offers beautiful and tastefully converted accommodation, ideal for couples or a small family. The traditional style bathroom is accessed from the bedroom, with a full size bath and separate shower.

It situated in the historic Surrey village of Ripley with its many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops close to the River Wye. It has easy access to Guildford and London Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
