A newly renovated spacious self-contained 2 bedroom suite within the East Wing of Llanharan House, a Grade 2* listed Georgian mansion dating from 1753. Features include high ceilings, sash windows, panelling, a cast iron bath as well as the large original kitchen. Approached through wrought iron gates and set within 40 acres of registered parkland, footpaths offer direct access to lovely walking, including the Glamorgan Ridgeway walk. Accessible directly by train and only 4 miles from the M4.

Cardiff 20 minutes/Swansea 20 minutes. Great beaches/Mountain scenery close by as well as a good golf course and driving range.

With a truly panoramic view out over the Brecon Beacons mountain range the accommodation is central for the whole South Wales region and an ideal base for walking,cycling,golf and mountain climbing .The Gower is an easy drive as is Brecon ,Cardiff and the Bay.There are many local attractions including the waterfalls at Pontneddfechan,Big pit ,Dan yr Ogof caves,Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch and Bike Parc Wales to name just a few.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place, it’s a self contained annex adjacent to the family home with its own entrance and self check in with a key safe. The annex has a double bed, 32” smart TV connected to WI-FI. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, toaster with cutlery and plates. There’s a dining table and 2 chairs. There’s a separate shower room with a WC. The annex is uniquely decorated and very comfortable. Cyclists welcome and a safe place to store your bikes.

Bethel Nook, a cosy stay in the Welsh Valleys

Bethel Nook is self contained, part conversion of our Baptist Church home. It is on the ground floor with a double sofa bed and double bed up on the mezzanine. We are in a great location, easy access to Swansea Mumbles, Abergavveny, Cardiff, Brecon, Bike Park Wales, Zip World, The Big Pit, climbing centres, mountains, beaches and waterfalls. Our lovely village has all local amenities one would need including an award winning chip shop and a dessert parlour.

Bikehaus 2 @ The Colliers Arms

Set up mainly for mountain bikers visiting the area. Ensuite rooms with a secure alarmed and cctv covered bike store, above The Colliers Arms pub. We have two separate letting rooms, both ensuite. Your bedroom is for your use only, its not shared. We have a breakfast room, washing and drying room for kit which are shared if we have other guests staying in the other bedroom.

Ideal accommodation for mountain bikers visiting Bike Park Wales or the Brecon Beacons. Ensuite rooms with a secure alarmed and cctv covered bike store and bike wash area. Washing and drying room area. The accommodation is above The Colliers Arms pub in the village of Abercanaid.

1&2 Studio Suite @ Wern Ganol

Number 1&2 is a self contained ground floor studio suite at Wern Ganol Guest House. The suite was formally our two smallest guest rooms which are now converted into a spacious and well equipped suite with a bespoke mini kitchen and an ensuite shower room.
