Welcome to “Southwold Snug” This cosy self-contained studio style apartment has its own private access and free on street parking. It is annexed to the main family house and the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. There’s a combined bedroom/lounge/diner with a luxurious superking bed, a separate kitchen & shower room. Suitable for a couple. A pebbled path leads to a small, courtyard garden with herbs for cooking & cocktails! This sunny space has bistro table & chairs for Guests exclusive use

Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

Set in a beautiful quiet area with driveway parking. A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1x KS with ensuite, 1 x DB and 1 x QS (zip and link bed ), all with smart TVs. The family bathroom is complete with a luxury rain shower.

Delightful enclosed gardens, off road parking and spacious, comfortable, private accommodation, families of all ages can enjoy a terrific seaside holiday. We also uniquely have an EV charger for use free of charge, Type 2 (22kw) on our private drive.

The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you fancy a beach day there are plenty of places to enjoy a coffee and food,Gunhill Kiosk .There is plenty to keep you busy during your stay, Adnams tours , golf, walks and shopping

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

Our Annex proves very popular with travellers seeking sparkling clean, modern details with all the necessary touches to make a comfortable bolt hole holiday, ten minutes walk from Southwold’s beaches and high street. We can accommodate 2 adults in the main bedroom and a further two guests in the living space, in two sofa beds (one small double and one single). A high chair/travel cot can be provided.
