Βρισκόμαστε στο κέντρο του πλακια σε ένα πολύ ήσυχο μέρος 200 μέτρα από την παραλία. Όλα τα καταστήματα εστιατόρια, supermarket, bar είναι σε απόσταση 200 μέτρων. Το κατάλυμα είναι ευρύχωρο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι, διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη ακόμα air-condition, Wi-Fi, smart TV. Επίσης υπάρχει βεράντα για να απολαύσετε τον καφέ ή το βραδινό ποτό σας. Εξωτερικα ο καταπράσινος κήπος θα σας ενθουσιάσει παίρνοντας το πρωινό σας ή το γεύμα σας.

Το κτιριο μας χρονολογειται από τον 16ο αιώνα ,όταν οι Ενετοι κυριαρχουσαν στο Ρεθυμνο . Ανακαινιστηκε το 2020 με κατασκευαστικα υλικα υψηλης ποιοτητας ,διατηρωντας αθικτη την ιστορικη σημασια και την αιγλη του.

This studio is part of an apartment hotel, Esplanade Apartments. The story of this hotel begins in 1960. Back then, my father Michael, emigrated to Canada with an aim. When he was going to return, he would build his own family hotel. Having been born and raised abroad I know how important it is for someone to feel comfortable at his place of staying. So, I always try to do my best for my guests and make them feel like home.

However each one has also its own balcony, courtyard or roof terrace. Each maisonette has one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, fully equipment kitchen with dinning area and a living room, where can accommodate2 extra persons at the couch - bed.
