Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè immerse nella natura.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.

Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Auf dem Innerkapron-Hof gibt es zwei Ferienwohnungen. Die kleinere Wohnung bietet 2 bis 4 Feriengästen eine erholsame Unterkunft. Die Wohnung besteht aus Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Balkonen. Die Wohnung ist mit SAT-TV, WLAN, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine und Zentralstaubsauger ausgestattet. Das Bergdorf Fanas, im Kanton Graubünden, liegt auf einer Höhe von knapp 1000 m ü.M. Die Wohnung die ich an meine Feriengäste vermiete, befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten von Sprecher-Haus aus dem Jahre 1677. Ein Sitzplatz, im einsehbaren Innenhof direkt vor der Wohnung, in schöner Nachbarschaft von Stallgebäude und Patrizierhaus, ist Nutzniesser meiner Freude am gedeihen der blühenden Natur.
