Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more. Mabel is our handcrafted Shepherds Hut, providing self catering, glamping accommodation for two adults. Positioned in the field on our family farm with views looking out towards Filey Bay and across the donkey field to open countryside. She has a king sized bed with bedding and blankets, wood burning stove, wood fired hot tub, kitchen with gas hob, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils and a shower room. One dog welcome for an additional £20.

The apartment doesn’t have a parking space but it is very close to roads that do have free parking.
