Il piano terra (zona giorno), caratterizzato da pavimentazione in cotto fiorentino, comprende zona cucina arredata in arte povera con utilizzo di materiali di recupero ed elettrodomestici nuovi; zona living open – space con presenza di tipica stufa a legna, tv e connessione wi- fi.
