An open-plan converted period apartment set on the top two floors of a Georgian house, "Woodbridge House" dating back to the 1760s. With room to accommodate four guests, it consists of a very spacious master bedroom & ensuite with a Super- King bed. The second room is small and consists of a standard double bed with small chest of drawers which is able to accommodate two adults or kids if needed. Centrally located in what has become one of the most fashionable and sought-after neighbourhoods in central London, with numerous high class restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as walking distance to the best of what London has to offer. You can relax in a comfy lounge area with TV and ultra-fast broadband Wi-Fi or in the garden (table and chairs provided). On the ground floor - a master bedroom and a quiet study provide a great collection of books if you are keen to explore. Can use it as a second bedroom (new click-clack sofa). On the lower ground floor - a spacious living room and a kitchen. The living room sofa is a sleeping sofa. And there is a sunny modern bathroom on the half-floor landing. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Gorgeous Grade II Georgian Home on a leafy square

Grade II Listed upper Townhouse located in the heart of Wilmington Square, a charming historic terrace in Holborn. Thoughtfully restored to preserve its original character—including a grand chimney and large sash windows—the home is bathed in natural light and boasts impressive high ceilings. Despite its very central location, its atmosphere is remarkably peaceful as the property sits on a pedestrianised terrace, thus offering incredible views over the square. *we might live in the basement*

Narrowboat utopia in Kings Cross

Get cozy, light a fire and settle into this beautifully rustic space. Experience the wonderful contrast between being in an alternative, nature-filled, unique environment. Whilst being in central London, surrounded by vibrant city life. Described as "A gorgeous, candlelit, fairy land sanctuary", there is nothing quite like it. Living on a boat is can be like camping. Fortunately, mine is equipped with a fire, central heating, gas boiler, oven, gas hobs, fridge, hot shower and 2 double beds!

There are terrific transport links making it a great base to explore London. It is just a few moments from trendy Upper Street and a 10 minute walk from Highbury&Islington Tube. Little Venice Penthouse Number One

A stunning duplex, period conversion arranged over the top two floors of this Georgian House in Little Venice, Central London W2. There are two flights of stairs to the apartment which is then arranged over the 2nd & 3rd floors of the original house. The master bedroom, reception room, kitchen are all located on the 2nd floor. A beautiful internal glass spiral staircase leads to the top floor where you will find two further large bedrooms. There is a small roof terrace at 2 floor.

I have spent years renovating my home, mixing together old reclaimed wooden floors, exposed bricks and industrial lighting with a sleek black kitchen, crittall windows and an eco wood burning stove. It's created a space that feels part country cottage part loft apartment, which I absolutely love. It's situated next to Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market & London Fields (the heart of Hackney) with a large private garden which is perfect for entertaining or relaxing in.

Lovely vintage flat with turret

Spacious and quaint, renovated 1-bedroom flat in a beautiful Victorian detached house in Sydenham, built 1881. Shared drive + off street parking (on request). Lovely well maintained communal garden. Our road features in the famous painting 'The Avenue' by Pissarro. This is my own home, but I'm often away for work or travel, so I rent it out. Sofa bed in living room can be used on arrangement (please ask). Approx 7 minute walk to Sydenham station and high street with shops.
