We are offering the dual living part of our house that is completely self contained with separate entry. The house has 1 bedroom with large bathroom (with additional toilet) and walk in wardrobe, separate living/dining room and office with own garage and balcony with city and ocean views. The house comes fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, aircon, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and ironing facilities.

Peaceful one bedroom guesthouse

The guesthouse is located at the bottom of the property and is seperate from the main residence and you will enjoy the sound of nature. There is easy access to everything and it's centrally located. Robina Town Centre and Mudgeeraba are no more than a 7 min drive with Burleigh Heads Beach an easy 15 min drive. The guesthouse allows you to cook on a stove top with access to a microwave. There is no laundry facilities but a laundromat in Mudgeeraba.
