You also now have exclusive use of our new heated summer house during your stay. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct links to Cardiff central station. "Ideally located first floor one-bedroom apartment" 15 minute walk from the Royal Gwent Hospital with a bus stop one minute walk away, with buses to Cardiff and Newport Centre every 30 minutes. Tredegar Park is on the doorstep, as well as the National statistics office. The apartment is located on the second floor and serviced with a lift. The apartment is three years old and Modern, The apartment has one double bedroom with a double bed settee in the living room, the kitchen has ALL amenities.

NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The property is not suitable for small children, as there is a deep pond.
