The Stables is a gorgeous property set in the Suffolk countryside, a ten minute drive from Southwold, Walberswick, Beccles & the Broads. Perfect for families and groups with an ensuite in each bedroom and open plan kitchen and dining area. We welcome dogs with a secure, private garden and a maze of beautiful walks on our doorstep, including a footpath to the pub! Enjoy the hot tub, BBQ & outdoor dining area in the summer, or enjoy a bracing walk & cosy down by the log burner in the winter!

You won’t forget your time in this cosy tiny hidden home in the heart of Beccles. Perfect for romantic getaways, catching up with friends and relatives or just relaxing in this private but central retreat. All modern facilities; wet room, underfloor heating, etc. Nestled in a historic market town, (Gateway to The Southern Broads) full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, outdoor lido and boating. Great public transport links and only 20 minutes drive to the Suffolk coast/Norwich City.

Unique 2 bedroom hut with covered dining area

The hut consists of a ground floor living room and bedroom with a second mezzanine bedroom, accessed by ladder. Both bedrooms have king-sized mattresses. The living room has a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 extra guests if required. There is a canopy covered dining/cooking area with a four-ringed gas stove. Lit by solar lights in the evening. The lighting is powered by solar with four fast-charging USB sockets. There is free wifi. There are shared, wood-fired showers, compost loos, peaceful.

Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Berry Farm Shepherd Hut #1

One of just two huts in a secluded spot where native woodland meets grazed meadow at Berry Farm, a co-operatively owned holding managed for wildlife habitat value and sustainable food production. The 12 volt lights and USB charging points are solar powered, the toilet is a composting 'tree bog' and the hot shower is in an outdoor cubicle. Come see the stars and enjoy the quiet in the knowledge that any profit from your stay helps us to meet our environmental aims.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The Gate House - Restaries at Paradise Farm

A stylish private gate house set on a 10 acre estate, relax in the secluded property. Private walks on the land through magical woodland, swim in the heated, covered pool, or escape to the forest for meditation and yoga. The owner offer a full concierge service so let them know what you need and they can arrange everything for your time there. Located a couple of miles away from the Beaches. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.
