We built this cabin to be so cozy you'll never want to leave. Spend the day exploring the world famous hiking trails and rock climbing, and your evening soaking up the forrest in the hot tub. Enjoy the views and peacefulness for a romantic getaway. For weddings at The Greenhouse / Appalachian Rose Farm this is the place to stay!

Red Door Cabin Two

6 unique cozy and newly built cabins located in the beautiful and serene Red River Gorge area. Family owned and operated, Behind the Door Property Consulting. Less than 15 minutes for Miguels & Nada Tunnel, 45 minutes from Lexington, KY, and easy access to local Kroger. Each property has a dedicated outdoor grill and there are 3 shared fire pits on property. These are cabins in RRG and each cabin is equipped with internet, but cell service and internet can be spotty as is the whole area!

Handcrafted by a professional carpenter in 2013 and redecorated by an interior designer in 2024, this property was thoughtfully created to provide guests with a comfortable and memorable space to enjoy this region of Kentucky. Whether you are looking for a central base from which to explore, a quiet getaway where you can relax, or an inspiring space to work, we would love to have you come stay.

South Fork River Farmhouse

Our Farmhouse is minutes from the Red River Gorge, Natural Bridge, and the area's hiking, climbing, and recreational attractions. This third-generation farmhouse's decor is rustic, with handmade furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The main feature is its large backyard and fire pit that overlooks the South Fork River. Unique to this property are our 5 miles of private hiking trails and the only mountain biking trails in the area. NOW, we have a HI-SPEED FIBER INTERNET, too!

Cliffside Romantic Retreat LOVE

Fall in love at the unique and serene "Tis So Sweet Cliffside Cabin". The space is designed for a lovers retreat with luxuries of a spa bathroom, massage chair, fire table, recliner seat hot tub, and much more! This newly built cabin is peacefully secluded, yet still only a few miles away from the Natural Bridge State Park, Red River Gorge, Daniel Boone National Forest, underground kayaking, zip lines, rock climbing, swimming, delicious food and many other local attractions.

Tiny Cabin At The Pond

Welcome to peace and quiet! If seclusion is what you're searching for, then you have found the place! Located on a hobby farm beside of a stocked fishing pond, it's as much of a destination as it is an accommodation. The closest neighbors are 3 friendly donkeys that love to greet guests at the fence for attention and ear rubs. Fishing poles and donkey treats are provided to round out your stay. We're 20 scenic minutes to Slade or Stanton and 25 to Mount Sterling.

It has a well-appointed kitchen area with new appliances, cherry and tongue and groove pine paneling throughout, vaulted ceiling, solid oak flooring, large picture windows, and a tv/work area.
