Take a swim while steeped in the lush environs of the garden patio at this chic B&B. Enjoy the included continental breakfast in the shared, gourmet kitchen to serve at a luxe hardwood table amid exposed brick, large picture windows, and vibrant artwork and decor. * New private & modern bedroom with private bath. * Newly renovated 3-bedroom mid-century home with private swimming pool & lush landscaping. * This B&B listing includes continental breakfast we set up daily in the shared gourmet kitchen. Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Private Casita in exclusive gated neighborhood

Detached casita with bedroom & en suite bathroom with keurig, fridge, & microwave. There is no kitchen or living room. Smart TV with premium cable and HBO, and you can log in to your Netflix account. I have mugs and some disposable dishes and silverware for you. It is a quiet and private area for a tranquil trip. It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.

Private living quarters in sunny Mesa Arizona

We offer a fully furnished 1 bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, living room area with a TV, futon which could sleep 1, full kitchen (no dishwasher). It's the addition to our house that is a separate living space with it's own entrance, L shaped back yard, air/heat. WiFi included. Tonto national forest, Saguaro lake, Salt river tubing and wild horses, kayaking, CUBS park, downtown Tempe, casino, Sky Harbor airport, beautiful hiking at Superstition Mountains are 20 min away. Come and enjoy!

Bedroom: King bed with plush bedding, wall mounted swivel 65 inch smart TV, and walking closet Living room: Couch with pull out with upgraded 5 inch memory foam mattress, wall mounted 70” Roku smart TV. Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances fully loaded. With Reverse osmosis system. Features hot tub, playground for kids , barbecue area for guest only. Secured private gated parking area. NOTE: Hot tub is turned off from June 1st through August 31st.

Hacienda one bedroom with great pool

Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.
