It is located a short distance from major retail stores, grocery stores, churches, schools and the city park.

Located on bank of beautiful Current River. Nice boat dock. Swing under deck that overlooks the river. Can hunt, swim, fish or float river. 6 miles to historic downtown Pocahontas, Arkansas. Deck that overlooks the river with a barbecue grill. Great place for duck hunters. Very close to the Dave Donaldson Wildlife Refuge.
