Kindly note that the property is not along the road, guests need to take 3 minutes' walk to reach the property. Parking space is not within the property. A private home approx. 2.5 hrs. from Metro Manila, surrounded by forests and runs entirely on solar power. Our house rate include: -hillside cabin accommodations for 12 guests -breakfast meal for 12 guests -use of kitchen, dining, lounge & pool areas -use of kayaks, SUPs, fishing rods & life vests Other fees: -additional guests Php2,250 per guest/night (for a max. total of 18 guests) -boat fees Php750 per transfer paid to boatman -parking fees Php200 per vehicle/night paid to parking attendant

Antipolo - Secluded

We are located at the end of the road . Your view is not of the city but of trees, bamboos and other plants. Only guests on the reservation are allowed at the home. If you exceed 6 guests, there is an additional fee for each guest staying overnight of P1000. We charge per person who enters the property (even for thirty minutes and not staying overnight) P500 each. Such guests must leave the property at sundown. Guest has to agree to the above charges before renting this home. No pets.
