You’ll have your own exclusive sea front property with a 2 bedroom concrete cabin, a well equipped kitchen, an ocean facing porch and a living area w/ a wide screen streaming TV. Rejuvenate and meditate inside a two person sauna, exchange stories with friends while cooling down in the plunge pool, and have a unique experience enjoying the rock pools of the waterfront. Finally, have a refreshing outdoor hot shower under the moonlight.

Welcome to our Beachfront Loft Villa at Balute View Resort. Ideal for families and friends looking to relax by the sea. The Loft Villa features two bunk beds: one with two single beds, and another with a single bed and a double bed. Step out onto the veranda to enjoy the ocean breeze. Take note beds will accommodate for 5 people, but other guests may request a floor mattress with a fee. Reserving the Loft Villa includes free entrance fee for 5 pax and free parking!!!

Our Bahay Kubo has 2 bedrooms with an attic, it also has its own CR and kitchen and it has a wide living room downstairs. With 2 bedrooms & attic.Can accommodate 5pax per room total of 10pax for the entire Bahay Kubo. Our Rate is good for 10pax but 15pax capacity for the whole kubo is OK with Additional 300/pax in excess of 10pax.
