Luxury Secluded Ranch, Stunning View, Fireplaces

Enjoy complete seclusion on a private ranch with premium Little Frio Creek waterfront. 3 Indoor fireplaces & outdoor firepit. House is nestled above crystal clear water on 100 acres of stunning hill country. Breathtaking views, swimming, fishing, hiking and kayaking from the back porch. The wildlife diversity is incredible with blackbuck antelope, axis deer, whitetail, wild turkey, ducks and more. Fireflies at night and many species of birds visit the feeders. *Nightly rate based on 2 people.

Cabin for 4 w/ River Access

Stay at one of our 6 cabins, tiny house, or 3 bedroom guesthouse. Private River Access, almost 8 acres of wildlife, starry skies, and getting away from it all. Spend the day on the pristine Upper Nueces River, shopping locally in Camp Wood and Leakey, or use us as your base camp for adventure to close by Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park, Nueces and Frio Rivers, or Devil's Sinkhole in Rocksprings. Get away from the hustle and relax by the fire, birdwatch, nap. The day is yours.

Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Texas Wheelhouse

Whether planning a peaceful escape from the city or a riding vacation along the Twisted Sisters Hwy, the Texas Wheelhouse is a perfect getaway for your group. The 2-bedroom/2-bath cabin, with a 1-bedroom bunk house. The property is at the top of a ridge overlooking the breathtaking Texas Hill Country. Located along Hwy 336, one of the most scenic rides in Texas, the Texas Wheelhouse is a short drive to Garner State Park, Lost Pines Park, and several places to go tubing on the Frio River.

Tiny House on the Frio River

Tiny House on the Frio is a cozy get-away situated in the Frio Canyon on five acres in the spectacular Texas Hill Country and less than 100 yards walking distance to private Frio River frontage. The perfect setting for adult couples only, that want to get away for a peaceful and quiet stay away from the crowds. Located five miles north of Leakey, fifteen minutes from Garner State Park, thirty-six miles away from Lost Maples State Park and 82 miles to Fredricksburg.

Vacation home for your family to getaway from it all. Enjoy the amazing wildlife and bird watching any time of year along this part of the river. The Frio River is spring fed, cool and refreshing great for kayaking, tubing, swimming, fishing, or just hanging out with friends and family. Nearby restaurants, stores, antique shops and museums are fun to explore. Year round Frio River vacation homes are perfect to accommodate large or small groups.

The Leakey Duplex @ Whiskey Mountain Great Locatio

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state Park (3 miles), Lost Maples state Park, Three sisters bike roads, Frio River crossings, Leakey, Concan, Kerrville, Utopia, and Uvalde. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.

El Casa Vista on Twisted Sister 336

If you are looking for a peaceful weekend, this is your spot. You won't see many cars pass by on Ranch Road 336. You will see deer, cattle, birds and other wildlife. Star gazing at night is a treat! The property is 18 miles north of Leakey, so it is easy to get to the Frio River and find good places to eat or drive to one of the state parks nearby. Garner State Park and Los Maples are fun day trips.

Sonny's Place, 2 bedroom/2 bath extremely comfy

Sonny's Place is a cozy and welcoming home for groups up to six. It's a great home base for enjoying the Nueces River that is just minutes away by car. Great access to Three Sisters, a southern Hill Country scenic byway, and the Mission San Lorenzo De La Santa Cruz grounds are a minute away. Enjoy a stay in a very comfortable home while you rest or visit family. Cheers!

Modern and Romantic home on the Frio River in a ore remote area where there are fewer people. Access to the river, hiking, beautiful views, kayaking, birding, nearby Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park , hunting, fishing. The cabin has something for everyone year round with dazzling leaf colors in the fall, birding year round and summer fun in the river.
