Family run medieval manor including breakfast

I offer a full English breakfast, organic and locally sourced served in the medieval dining room. You will love the large spacious period rooms in this unique Historic building run by friendly family. Beautiful gardens. Close to good restaurants , National Trust houses and public transport. Ideal for Oxford, Henley and beautiful villages. Excellent walking area. All the rooms are very individual ranging from early 12th century , to Victorian ,beautifully furnished appropriate to the period.

Harpsden is a small rural village 1 mile sth of Henley. 8 mins walk to the river, 18 min to town center. Our Barn conversion is situated opposite the beautiful old church of St Margaret of Antioch which is steeped in History. We have a large garden backing onto the golf course and village cricket green. We welcome both friends and guests into our home Printers Pie, which offers a peaceful, quirky, eclectic and tranquil ambiance surrounded by the relaxing English countryside. All Welcome.

Thames marina double en-suite room

Cosy double room with a standard 4'6" double bed and dual control fleece electric blanket, en-suite shower and a glorious view across the marina. Tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer and free WiFi access are available in the room, which has direct access onto the small garden and patio with a table and chairs. Complimentary continental breakfast is included, and will be left on a tray outside the room each morning . On-drive parking is available for guests.

Delightful spacious double!

This clean, modern & spacious double room comes with all toiletries and a self service breakfast. The room is 15 minutes walk from Reading centre, only 4 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and 8 minutes walk to Reading West Train station. Our mains boiler shower is amazing and we can provide additional towels and blankets if required. This is a very friendly, super clean and modern home. We have a little friendly Shitzu dog called Wilbur.

Freefolk Home with a view

An airy double room with ensuite shower offering privacy at the front of the house ten minutes walk from the Bombay Sapphire Distillery Experience. There is a local pub, The Watership Down Inn, but please check their web site for opening times, bookings and menus - it is very popular and early booking is recommended. Winchester and Highclere are a half hour drive away as well as other locations in the Test Valley. Continental breakfast included.

THE MOST COZY 2 BEDS This lovely room over looks the garden, it has a spacious en suite bathroom with a large shower 2 course breakfast is served from 8.30am-10am very welcome to come down in your pj and dressing gown! Different times can be discussed. ISLAND HERON is a lovely old farm house which has been modernised inside It is a great place to visit as there is a lot to do Wedding and party venues very near ie wasing park is a 7 mins drive!

The Acorns is a beautiful family home 8-10 minutes walk to Marlow high st with three self contained suites available to guests within the main house, each suite is listed on Airbnb separately but can also be booked by a group. Marlow offers a great variety of shops, bars and restaurants, including several with Michelin star ratings, as well as walks and riverboat outings on the Thames.
