Es war sehr toll! Ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen der darüber nachdenkt zu buchen! In der nähe sind viele tolle Restaurants und man kommt einfach und schnell auf die Insel Koh Samet. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos. Alles hat geglänzt weil es so sauber war. Wir werden hoffentlich bald wieder zurückkommen. Danke Ananda und danke an alle anderen die sich so toll um uns gekümmert haben.

Exclusive setting on private beach with James

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

Overall the Condo is absolutely fantastic, I've been visiting for 4 years in a row for short stays. If you like a quiet beach, look no further. The staff is friendly and the Bakery/restaurant is convenient if you just want chill out and enjoy the scenery. all in all it was a fantastic stay as always. Lianne was a great communicator and we had an issue that she took care of right away. The hotel next door also has a restaurant if you want to eat a nice dinner. see you next year.

Amazing hosts very friendly and we had a very warm welcoming and they provided lots of usefully information about the surrounding attractions and some great restaurants The house was perfect and very clean The house is located on the canal with great pool and entertaining area and being a corner property was very private and peaceful just as shown in the photos. A special note unlike many places we have stayed in Thailand the beds were very soft and comfortable and we all had a very good nights sleep. We will be returning to stay again for sure as our trip was too short to enjoy everything this house and area has to offer.

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

Luxurious Beachfront Pool Villa Experience, Rayong

We had a terrific stay! My mother is in a wheelchair/uses sticks and it worked very well for us having a separate ground floor bedroom and living area. The pool and outdoor area was very accessible for her too. Overall, the property had so much space was in excellent order and had everything we needed (apart from a few more knives for eating with!) We loved being so close to the beach with a well-kept garden too. Would highly recommend .

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Thanks to Monica and Bob, our hosts who are really friendly, kind, and very helpful.

Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. Family Villa on Private Beach - Rim Pae Rayong

The villa and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious and fully furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and the bed linens clean (actually the whole place was spotless). The pool was large and clean. What made our stay really special was the beach, just a few yards from the pool. The beach went on for miles in each direction and was pretty clean with wonderful views. We will certainly consider returning next year!

An excellent apartment and host, the quality of the home and attention to detail is truely top tier - amazing value for money. You have a standing desk over looking a serene river view, all amenities needed, a pool, a gym, the beach, lots of food options and beautiful mangrove walking area 10 minute walk away. The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

I stayed 2 nights, the location was perfect as it is close to the beach, but it is also conveniently located near restaurant district and also close to the market. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall all facilities it's good.

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

Vi var 2 par som bodde i Philippes hus i 2 veckor och allt var helt perfekt , så fint hus och nära till stranden och den fina poolen . Det var väldigt lugnt och fridfullt där . Nära till bra restauranger , fanns även en del ställen att köpa öl och vatten på i närheten ,livsmedelsaffären låg en bit bort då då rekommenderas mc el bil . Vi kommer gärna tillbaks hit vi har njutit till fullo av vår semester . Philippe är mycket hjälpsam och svarar snabbt .

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

Алексей,спасибо за гостеприимство. Нам с двумя детьми было очень уютно а вашей квартире, в которой мы прожили месяц. Все чистенько, несколько комплектов постельного белья,полотенца,посуда, дочка оценила плэй стэйшн)))) а ещё отдельное спасибо за постоянную связь и помощь в вопросах "где магазин,рынок", "куда поехать' и т.д. Кондо находится в тихом и спокойном место)))) наша семья влюбилась в Таиланд))) спасибо ещё раз!!!!

Заселение прошло без проблем. Нас встретили, проводили до квартиры, все показали и объяснили. В квартире чисто, ничего лишнего, но не хватало тумбочек или хотя бы полок в шкафах. Ванные комнаты чистые, был шампунь и гель для душа, ватные палочки и шапочки для душа, запасы пополнялись во время уборки. Уборка производилась раз в 7 дней по нашему запросу без доплат. Территория чистая, ухоженная, но так как мы были с маленьким ребенком, то нам бы хотелось, чтобы были горки или какие-либо развлечения для детей. Кондо находится в стороне от дороги и поэтому всегда тишина. На все наши вопросы и запросы отвечали сразу .Рекомендуем.
