Enjoy a back yard BBQ with your friends. Great house for the whole family or a group of friends enjoying the valley. WiFi and TV available if you need to stay inside while enjoying wonderful Saratoga.

The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

You will enjoy easy access to everything from our centrally located place on Bridge Ave. This home is an upstairs unit in a NEW multi-family building within walking distance to the Hobo Pool and downtown Saratoga, which offers fine dining and shopping. It's a short drive to the Snowy Range and Sierra Madre mountains where you can find fishing, snowmobiling, hiking and off-road adventure. Garage space for ATV's & trailer parking available. We are located about 30 miles from I80 on Hwy 130.

Cozy 2 Bedroom House

This house is typically housing traveling workers and definitely set up for such. There is no yard and it’s located close to another house. It’s clean and comfortable though!! Rawlins is not a nice place, so don’t expect the Ritz; it is, however, safe though. This unit is near downtown and on one of the main streets. It’s a pretty quiet place, but is near long-term worker housing and very close to the house next door.

Just 11 miles from Saratoga you have the best of both worlds, perfect country quiet cabin with the amenities of town just a short drive away. We recommend 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive in the winter.
