Enjoy a back yard BBQ with your friends. Great house for the whole family or a group of friends enjoying the valley. WiFi and TV available if you need to stay inside while enjoying wonderful Saratoga.

The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

The building is located less than 1/2 mile from downtown and about 1 1/2 miles from Walmart and City Market. The building is very old and the exterior is unmanicured, but the apartment is very comfortable! Rawlins is not nice, but the people are very friendly and it's a very safe place.
