Luxury Guest Suite in Resort Setting with Pool

Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Look for us online: #VillaParadisoPhoenix Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Very Central location! Our house, Orange-a-lope Manor” is located just 10 minutes from Phoenix Skyharbor Int'l Airport. It's close to all freeways & sports venues. Tempe Diablo Stadium is 5 min away & ASU is just 15 minutes drive. The house is tucked in an older neighborhood between Arizona Grand Resort & the Buttes Resort. Great hiking trails, horseback riding, waterparks, and golf courses are all easily accessible. Come enjoy a private backyard oasis with a swimming pool and shaded patio.

Welcome to Southwest Mod, remodeled with touches of the West. Clean, comfortable, quaint neighborhood. AHWATUKEE LOCATION: 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 5-30 minutes to Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale and Gilbert. 10-30 minutes to several spring training facilities. Casino and Golf courses nearby. Two blocks to South Mountain trailhead. Close to stores and restaurants! Resort style backyard with mountain views, eating and lounge area, fruit trees, propane grill and firepit. Pool is NOT heated.

Modern Home Nestling South Mountain

This is a wonderful place for guests wanting to balance great location, nature, and modern comfort. There are 3 beds: 1 king, 2 queen, 2 baths. There are also 2 spare floor mattresses for potentially 8 guests Gated, playground, and access to back hiking trails. Centrally located in the valley; few minutes away from the I-10/I-17 and the 60. Close to Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Chandler. 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, and only three miles from ASU and stadiums.

Mountain View Guesthouse close to hiking/airport

This is a private guesthouse consisting of a spacious modern bedroom, separate living room, and full bathroom (as one guest review said “larger than an apartment in NYC”) . It has beautiful mountain views in a quiet neighborhood. This house is only a 5 minute walk to two trailheads (Geronimo & MormonTrailhead) and the popular south mountain biking park and preserve. We are close to the airport, two popular golf courses (Legacy and Raven) lots of food options!
