Im Garten befindet sich ein kleines Haus wo Sie sich Essen kochen oder wärmen können. Mikro, Kochplatte und Geschirr ist vorhanden. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
