Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Die zentrale Lage wird besonders geschätzt (ca 5 km von Wattens und Autobahn entfernt).

Ganz speziell designed – wie die Südtiroler Natur. Viel Silberquarzit aus dem Pfitschtal (weltweit einzigartig) und mit sehr beruhigenden Qualitäten und ganz viel Holz. Und der Luxus steht im Vordergrund. Das Chalet bietet zwei Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und einen großen Wohnraum mit Küche, eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Wald und ein privates Jacuzzi. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen noch eine finnische Sauna, Ruheräume und eine Sonnenwiese zur Verfügung.

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

La casa ha subito un restauro conservativo, che mantenendo fede all’aspetto originale, ne preserva l’uso ai fini del soggiorno e residenza. La casa è dotata di una camera al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli affiancati.
