Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Unser Hof liegt in einer sehr sonnigen und ruhigen Lage, inmitten von grünen Wiesen und Wäldern, zwischen dem Antholzer- und dem Gsiesertal, an der Sonnenseite des Hochpustertales im Sonnendorf Taisten mitten in den Dolomiten. Eingebettet in der malerischen Landschaft der Dolomiten, bietet unser Bauernhof ein herrliches Bergpanorama vom Haunold über den Dürrenstein bis hin zum bekanntesten Skiberg Südtirols – dem Kronplatz . Unser Haus befindet sich in Antholz Obertal abseits des Dorfes in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Wir sind umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, die Sie zur Erholung einladen. Im Sommer ist unser Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere bewirtschafteten Almen und unsere schöne Bergwelt. Im Winter können Sie die perfekt präparierten Pisten in unserem Biathlonzentrum und auf dem schönen Skigebiet Kronplatz nutzen. Außerdem befinden sich auch noch zwei Rodelbahnen zu bewirtschafteten Hütten im Antholzertal.

L'appartamento si trova a 2 km dal centro del paese di Monguelfo, all'interno di un antico maso recentemente ristrutturato. Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco. A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.
