Apartman "Busije" nalazi se u mirnom delu grada i idealan je za smeštaj gostiju koji su na odmoru ili su poslovno u Požarevcu. Apartman je smešten u dvorištu porodične kuće sa prelepom baštom i fontanom. Početak Nacionalnog parka ĐERDAP je na samo nekoliko kilometara od smeštaja, GOLUBAČKA TVRĐAVA je udaljena 4 km, MANASTIR TUMANE 9 km, SREBRNO JEZERO 25 km, LEPENSKI VIR 40km Imanje je ECO-FRIENDLY i OFF-GRID, što podrazumeva snabdevanje strujom uz pomoć slolarnih panela i korišćenje vode iz sopstvenog bunara.
