Welcome to our cozy and peaceful 2-queen bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The warm mustard tones create a calming and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of being just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and three nearby hospitals. SIDE B - Historic Hardtner House c.1895

Appx 1700 sf, Side B is ideal for families or shared by friends/guests who work together. Two stories with LR, Study, DR, Kitchen, Laundry, full bath - downstairs. Upstairs is a large space with two queen beds, bath with shower; a sunroom with a stationary bike, yoga mats, and loungers, coffee bar, and crib. Two entrances plus the layout of the rooms allows for two totally private rentals in the home. The two sides share a main wall with doors that lock from both sides for your security.

Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

The home is sitting on almost 2 acres so plenty of room for a boat or trailer. If you are coming in for a conference or camp, it’s only 2 miles away from the Pentecostal Campgrounds! Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!
