Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Amazing Views - 3 Bed Malabar

Come stay in our beautiful newly renovated top floor. Enjoy views for days of the City to the Beach to Malabar Golf course in our peaceful and quiet house. We recently renovated the top floor for family visiting from overseas and would love to offer it for short stays for others to enjoy too. Early morning check in and late afternoon check out can be accommodated if available please check with me via message before booking so I can confirm and reserve for you. Our listing is for people looking for a quiet stay near the beach or place to work...it is not a place for parties or rowdiness. The space is a self contained apartment that makes up the top floor of our home. We will be living downstairs but you will have a seperate entry and your own privacy.

Marcelo’s Cafe airbnb

Situated off Bondi Road this space is close to everything Bondi. The apartment is attached to our cafe. There is a seperate entrance and offers a great base to come and go as you please. Be aware the apartment is located at the rear of the cafe. Some residue noise from the cafe can be heard. We totally encourage you to come inside the cafe to say hi and grab a coffee. The apartment will give you the old Bondi experience. Bondi is grungy, but the people are glamorous.

Bronte Beach Sea Views. A slice of heaven

My fabulous sunny 1 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Bronte village and has just been completely renovated. It has sea and district views - and the beach is just there - 5 mins down the hill. It it is on the top floor of a small quiet block - with a great balcony. Lovely sea breezes - plus ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning. ***It is not a party pad... very quiet residential building... NO parties please.***

Designer haven: Spacious 1BR Perfect beachside pad

You'll be staying in a newly renovated one bedroom apartment just steps from Sydney's favourite beach - Coogee. Your generous space has a separate bathroom / laundry and a separate large eat in kitchen. Roll out of bed and be at the shoreline within moments. Go for a stroll down to one of the many cafes on Coogee Bay Rd or along the iconic boardwalk. Bus stops at your door will take you to Sydney city within 20 minutes.
