If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

Welcome to this beautiful Victorian listed Seaview cottage in Ramsgate, perfectly located near the Royal Harbour, sandy beaches, and town centre. Combining period character with modern comforts, this stylish coastal retreat is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking for a relaxing seaside holiday in Kent. Built in 1865 by the Admiralty, our cottage is stylish and comfortable, lots of natural light from the large original sash windows and tall ceilings gives an impression of space.

Bell Cottage a Beautiful Little Cottage

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely cosy cottage ideal for a couples getaway from it all. The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Deal town is about 10 mins drive away and has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Great market on Saturdays

Private, rural cottage with hottub near the coast.

Situated at the end of a private country track, opposite the village cricket pitch and only two minutes walk away from a lovely country pub. The Wickets has a large secluded garden and log fired Scandi hot tub. The perfect location for local beaches and countryside walks. The cottage is based on our property but has its own private garden and entrance. Dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25. The property has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 small children or one extra adult.

Welcome to the Coach House – an 1830s listed mews cottage on a historic square right by the beach and on the edge of Margate’s Old Town. This is a central, cocooning and calming retreat, whether you're sightseeing or beachcombing. Walk 10 seconds to see the sea, 5 minutes and you're on the sand, or 1 second to sit in the garden. We've furnished the home slowly, with mid-century treasures, contemporary pieces, and a few Georgian antiques as a nod to the building's beginnings.

Little Seashell Cottage is a quaint semi-detached cottage which sits in the Middle Street conservation area in the heart of historic Deal, a short distance to the beach. It is a wonderful romantic retreat for two, ideal for quiet cosy evenings relaxing after a day on the beach or exploring the many interesting places that are part of the Kent coast. Little Seashell Cottage has been refurbished to provide many of the comforts of a modern home in a traditional fisherman's cottage

Cosy Old Town Cottage, close to the Sea

We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 15 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach.

Petit Bleu is a beautiful cottage tucked away in Dolphin Street in the heart of Deal's historic conservation area. Recently fully renovated, it offers everything you need for the perfect coastal getaway! Perfectly located for everything Deal has to offer, the cottage is 50 steps to the beach, less than a 5 minute stroll to the bustling high street, and a 10 minute walk to Deal train station. There is also free parking only a few minutes away.

Welcome to our much loved cottage, literally 'a stone's throw' from the sea. We have made so many magical memories here and we want to share our experience by opening up our home to guests. Perfectly set up for a family holiday our cottage is on a small lane with a pub at either end. Cosy and comfortable we have put much love into creating this home.
