The Oak Leaf Cottage, in the Fort Payne Alabama Historic District, served as the home for caretakers of The Oaks, its parent property, and a town icon, built-in 1884. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!
