Canbyfield Loft Apartment

The Loft at Canbyfield, is a newly converted, self-contained, first-floor studio apartment and is located on an arable and livestock farm between the villages of Seagrave and Sileby. It enjoys a tranquil, rural setting where guests can enjoy watching and listening to a variety of wildlife and farming activities. We are well-placed for access to Leicester, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Nottingham. At Canbyfield, we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome and enjoyable stay for guests.

Beautiful cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The Fuller's Shed All Weather Private Hot Tub

Adults only. 2 guests max. Sorry, No pets This cosy lodge offers a romantic haven for couples wanting to relax in peace. The luxury interior is styled to impress with every comfort catered for. Outside the covered veranda has a private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor hot shower and dining area where you can kick back and relax. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Cosy Hutch

Our cosy self contained annex is in the rural village of Saxelbye. 'The Hutch' has been renovated to provide a comfortable space. With cycle routes and foot paths, makes our location perfect for a country getaway. Ideal for walking, cycling, horse-riding and fishing. Melton Mowbray 'Rural capital of food' only a 10 minute drive away. Ideal for a stopover if visiting Ragdale Spa, or one of the many food festivals in Melton. Belvoir Castle 20 minute drive.

Cosy luxury glamping pod Rosina.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Discover our newly refurbished cosy cottage in the heart of Barkby Village—perfect for singles or couples seeking a relaxing getaway or productive weekday stay. Enjoy a pub just steps away, local walks, and nearby Thurmaston, Syston, and Leicester (25 mins). The cottage features off-road parking, a modern open-plan lounge/kitchen with TV, a comfy double bed, ensuite shower, and a private patio. Your perfect home away from home.

The Vine Cabin is a hand built snug insulated wooden cabin with woodburner, within sight and sound of the River Wreake where you can use our canoes . Sleeps up to 5 (2 in bunks), basic cooking facilities. Canoe building holidays by arrangement. The built in bunk can take 2 people ( increasing the capacity to 6, but they need to be friendly!!). Please bring sleeping bags for the built in bunk (the other beds have bedding provided)

Guest Suite in Kirby Bellars

Perfect for Couples or small families. Separate double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Towels and bedding are provided. WI-FI available. Please note that the property is only suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children. Please let us know if you need a travel cot and highchair. The property is located in a rural setting with a woodland area with a wildlife pond. No third party bookings accepted.

BEAUTIFUL RURAL STABLE CONVERSION

A beautiful two bedroom wing set in the heart of Leicestershire countryside with views stretching across to Belvoir Castle and great local pubs in easy walking distance. The building is attached to the family home but is completely private and self contained. It has it's own entrance, kitchenette and two large en suite bedrooms. Both bathrooms are modern and spacious with a bath, shower and underfloor heating.

Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and off grid and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy
