Nyrenoverat, grill & uteplats, 150 m till havet

Bostaden är helt nyrenoverad (2022) och är en del i en villa, men helt separat med egen ingång. Parkering finns i anslutning till lägenheten och för den som föredrar att åka buss ligger hållplatsen precis utanför. Till havet är det ca 150 meter och till Ica Nära i Grundsund ca 450 meter. Även restauranger och badplatser finns på gångavstånd (sommar). Lägenheten är ca 35 kvm och har två rum och kök samt ett badrum och en liten hall. Utanför bostaden finns uteplats med bord och stolar samt grill.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

Nybyggd stuga alldeles vid havet med stor brygga och egen båtplats. På bryggan är det gjort för att man ska kunna njuta hela dagen, då det finns solstolar, badstege, utemöbler och grill. På gångavstånd kan man hyra kajaker, padelbanor och ett spa. Stugan har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök med fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng och egen balkong, ett med 2 enkelsängar som går att ställa ihop och ett med en 120 säng.

Charmig nyrenoverad 2:a på ca 40 kvm i del av hus i Gamlestan, Norra hamnen. Här bor du med promenadavstånd till bad, restauranger och strandpromenad. Ljus och fräsch lägenhet med havsutsikt från kök och sovrum samt en liten innergård – perfekt för morgonkaffet. Lägenheten har egen ingång och ligger på ovanvåningen. Under vissa perioder bor värdar med barn på nedervåningen (v27-32, vissa helger). Vardagliga ljud kan ibland höras, men vi är måna om att din vistelse ska vara lugn och trivsam.

Fräsch toa och dusch. Altan samt utemöbler på gräsmatta. Tio minuters gångväg till bad och båthamn. 4 km till Grundsund center med affärer, restauranger mm Korthålsbana (golf) en km. Skaftö golfbana 18 hål, tre km. Rågårdsvik pensionat med restaurang gångavstånd 10 min. Boulebana två min avståmd.
