Beautiful old house of the XVIII century with garden, faithfully restored, located in a beautiful and quiet village, comfortable to nature hikes on Lake Garda, just 10 minutes by car, and cultural trips in the nearby cities such as, Verona 29 km, Mantua 38 km , Trento at 72 km, Bolzano at 120 km, Venice at 140 km, Milan at 153 km. The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

Residenza Aleardo

The apartment, recently renovated, offers two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a third room with the possibility of setting up an additional single bed. The kitchen is large and bright. Various appliances and utensils are available, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave oven, a moka coffee pot... The climate is independent. There is a private garage, 7 m long and 2.60 m wide.

La Pieve Longobarda offre silenzio e pace nel cuore della Valpolicella. Situato nell' antico borgo medioevale di San Giorgio, eletto fra i borghi più belli d'Italia, l'appartamento gode di estrema quiete e di una vista mozzafiato sulla Valpolicella classica. L'ubicazione del borgo, inoltre, rende facilmente e rapidamente raggiungibili la città di Verona, la città Mantova e la sponda veneta del lago di Garda.

Casolare San Faustino è un rustico con piscina privata di 12x6 metri immerso in un ampio giardino con ulivi. La posizione panoramica della casa e della piscina consentono di godere di tramonti spettacolari sul lago. La casa si trova in campagna, a circa 2 km dal centro di Lazise.
