In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. The villa is in the small settlement of Ripenda, near Labin, offering complete privacy. The fully fenced property features a 38 m² pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with comfortable seating. The outdoor dining area and barbecue are ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings.

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

Old Mulberry House

Authentic Istrian stone house built in 1922. This house is fully renovated and equipped to provide you all you need. Modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, an outdoor dinning area with grill, private pool and parking on the property. Each room is carefully designed by our designer. All this will afford you enjoy your holidays and fill up your batteries.
