Cute and cozy, tucked into a nice wooded lot. Walking distance to Brimley State Park, 2 miles from Bay Mills Resort and Casino and Wild Bluff Golf course. Also near Mission Hill Overlook, Pendills Fish Hatchery, Soo Locks and Tahquamenon Falls. We have endless access to NCT (North Country Trail) for hiking. Short walk to the public access beach of Lake Superior (1 block) for swimming and breathtaking sunrise/sunsets. The entire area is loaded with trails for SXS, ATV and or snowmobiling.

Ride right from the front door. Snowmobile trail 472 is at the end of the street. Garage included. House has been totally remodeled down to the studs and rebuilt with quality materials. Furnished with high end furniture. Totally Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the tranquil firepit in the backyard. Walk to Hucks Pub and Grill, walk to the best breakfast spot in the UP, Pure Country. Local grocery store right up the street. Great place for a family retreat.

This home is perfectly located to use as a base camp to enjoy all of the great resources available in the Upper Peninsula. ~~fish, hike, hunt, kayak, bike, snowmobile, gamble, take in night life, rock hunt, golf, swim, explore, the options are endless.

Spruce Haven a Northwoods U.P. Experience

Full house, 2 bedrooms (sunroom could be third), 1.5 bath, full kitchen/dining room, living room, , towels and bed linens furnished, electric and gas heat. Supplied short ride to snowmobile and ATV trails. Can accommodate 2 to 10 people. Available for snowmobile, ATV's or fishing. for the golfer, wild Bluff Golf course is just a short distance away. . Located on a paved road approx. 2 miles from Brimley. Private back yard with picnic table and charcoal grill, charcoal provided.
