Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Apartment Blue Pearl has a large kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony with sea view. Size of the apartment is about 50 square meters. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away. The parking for your car in front of the house, on the street. Apartment includes a coffee machine, satellite TV / LCD German, refrigerator, dishes, bed linen, towels, microwave, toaster, air conditioning and washing machine.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Cooling by floor cooling, no air condition

Wake up with a smile on your face and serenity in your mind. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, great views, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Parking provided in front of the house. Free wi-fi. Feel free to ask whatever interests you. Please note that parking is provided for a normal size car, not a large van.

Rabac Bombon apartment

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

This spacious and modern apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Rabac. Apartment Vanilla includes three sea-view bedrooms, two bathrooms, private kitchen, living room, private parking and amenities to make you feel right at home. Its large roofed terrace with panoramic sea-views and barbecue is a perfect place for outdoor relaxation. Nearest pebble beach is just fifteen-minutes on foot, restaurants and shops are nearby as well.

Modern and new, villa Dalia is ideal for family vacation! Decorated in modern style, it offers comfortable and unique spaces. Nearby the villa there are apartments primarily intended for family vacations, thus creating an atmosphere of harmony. Living space: 150 m2. Half of the house is for rent, i.e. the right side (looking from the sea). The owner lives on the left side. The pool and terraces are available exclusively to guests.

Featuring a beautiful sea view, this new and luxury 2-bedroom apartment is located 800m from the old town Labin and 600m from the city center. With its modern decor and all the comforts of home, the apartment offers a great place to enjoy and discover the medieval Istrian town of Labin. For our guests more interested in a beach vacation, the beaches of Rabac are only 4km away.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Cozy apartment w/ balcony at seafront (2-4 people)

The 29 sqm big apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of the house directly on the waterfront. Since 2023 the apartment has air conditioning. It has a separate entrance and offers the most amazing view over the ocean. The balcony is shared with another guest. The hostess speaks English, German, Italian and Croatian.
