La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

L'alloggio è composto da 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 piccola sempre con letto matrimoniale (4 posti letto totali), salotto, cucina e un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. All'esterno si trova un'ampia veranda ombreggiata un barbecue e un tavolo da ping pong. Nella zona sono presenti negozi di beni di prima necessità e qualche ristorante. la casa è situata a 10/15 min dal centro città.
