The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. This renovated studio is located in Areeiro, one of the most central location in Lisbon, walking distance from two metro station and 10 mints from Downtown area by metro. It has a leaving room and dining area, a functional kitchenette, one double bed in the mezzanine accessible by stairs, and one bathroom with shower. The apartment has natural sunlight with a small balcony and a large window. It's located at the 3rd floor, and although with no elevator, the stairs are large and easy access.

The “Casa do Caseiro” is a small cottage, located between the mountain and the sea, 35km away from Lisbon and 5 minutes to Sintra, in Colares Village. It's locatted in the heart of the natural park. It has a garden with plenty of space to rest or to have an enjoyable dinner “al fresco”. In the attic you can find the bedroom, and on the ground floor the living room and a small office with a sofa bed for extra guests. Here you can rest, relax, read or write.
